I am sharing my interview experience of IBPS clerk held on 13th of February, hope it will help you during your turn.

Thank god that my interview was done with so simple questions. I reached the venue 8:am and arrange the documents in the following way.

1-application print out

2-birth certificate

3-graduation mark sheet and certificate

4-caste certificate {they allow state govt. format but with non-creamy

layer clause}

5-interview letter

6-id proof

7-remaining mark sheet and certificate

.

Coming to interview round, my turn came on ninth position

I opened the door ? and asked " may I please come in?" One person inside told me "please come and " I entered the room and noticed there were five people sitting inside, four gentlemen and a lady. All of

them were smiling ? and welcomed me, I smiled back and greeted every one, " a very good morning  mam,good morning sir!" They all smiled And replied, "good morning ? "

they told - aa jao beta take ur seat , i take and say thank.

M1- kaha se aaye ho...?

me- sir ETAWAH se.

M2- ooohh ETAWAH to bahut famous jagah h...

me- with smile i said yes sir.

M1- kaha rahte ho city me ya gaon me...?

me- sir city me rahta hoon.

M1- apna introduction do local language me..

me- i explained...

M2- DOS kya h...?{ i mentioned comp.as my subject in 12th }

me- give some points..

F1- schooling kon se college se ki h...?

me- told her...

M1- interview ki kya tayyari ki h..?

me- sir basic banking and current affair tayyar kiya h..

M1- budget pada h...?

me- no sir..

M1- ok koi baat nhi waise kab aa raha h..?

me- sir 28 feb ko {not sure but i guess}

M2- banks k liye kya special h budget me..?

me- sir banks ke recapitalisation k liye fund allocate hoga..

M2- abhi kuch fund diya bhi to gaya h..?

me- yes sir 9 nationalised banks ko 6990 cr allocate kiya gaya h....

M2- good...

M3- yeh allocation kis base p hua h..?

me- sir return on assets and return on equity k base par..

M3- nice, waise yeh return on assets hota kya h..?

me-  interest on lending, mtlb sir jo bank loan deti h us par milne

wala profit hi ROA hota h..

M3- ok good.

M4- father kya karte h...?

me- told..

M4- aapko posting agar ETAWAH nhi mili to , aap manage kar loge...?

me- yes sir definetly {with confident}..

M1- what is npa and its type..?

me- i explained and they satisfied..

M1- banking ombudsman kya h aur iska role h , isse RBI ko kaise fayda h..?

me- achche se bataya { to improve banks facilities and many more ....}

M1- computer chalana jante ho...?

me- yes sir...

M1- ok...  good luck ab aap jaa sakte h...

me- thank you sir and have a nice day

thats all.....i think i did well and give my 100%....
