What is this ICICI PO Training Programme 2015?
The ICICI Bank has been conducting this programme since the year 2007. In this program the bank will select some candidates for the Probationary Officers posts. Those candidates will undergo 7 months of intensive residential classroom training and 5 months of internship (first internship will be for 2 months and second internship will be for 3 months) with a stipend. The fee for the training is Rs. 3,37,080/- (the bank will give you a loan at a subsidized interest rate of 2.5% p.a). After the training and two internships are over the bank will appoint you as Assistant Managers (Band I).
Selection Process : The Aptitude Test is likely to be held in January/February 2015 followed by Group Discussions/Interviews in February/March 2015 for the applicants who clear the Aptitude Test. The selection will be based on a multi-stage process.

- Online Psychometric Assessment
- Case-based Group Discussion
- Personal Interview

- Education : Graduates with 55% (Aggregate) marks in any discipline.
- Age : 25 Years (as on 10th January 2015)

ReplyDeleteThere is no common interview process for RRBs friends. Banks individually release notifications and you have to apply for the bank belongs to you state.
ReplyDeleteLet those banks come up with some vacancy then only we would be able to apply....also there is no centralized interview process like ibps po

ReplyDeleteDon't ever fill the form for these courses offered by private banks. They will appoint you as P but you will working as a sales Executive a salary of just 12000 per month.

ReplyDeleteyes its true.. TMB clerk results have been released on 19 nov.. Interview Call letter has been sent to the qualified candidates..Marks will not be published..

ReplyDeleteMy friend is working in ICICI. He was recruited through this program a year ago. Right now ICICI is paying him 12000 per month. But its free then you should atleast write the exam. That's another thing whether you are joining or not..
