M1:
What are you doing from 1 year? (As I am MBA 2012 pass out)
How MBA marketing helps in banking?
What are 4p’s of marketing?
Explain 4P’s?
M2:
What are CRR, SLR, REPO RATE and REVERSE REPO RATE and its current rate?
How bank rate is decided?
Who regulates RRB?
What is bond between NABARD and RBI?
Full form of NABARD.
Who is a chairman of NABARD?
M3:
Tell me about yourself like where u studied.
What is balance sheet?
Say any three current liabilities and current assets which appears in balance sheet.
What is Sundry debtor?
Who is governor of RBI?
These are the some questions which I remember, I answered almost 70% questions but there is no much proficiency in my language because I am very nervous. Maximum questions they asked in English there is only one or two questions from KANNADA.
Lastly they wished my all the best and told in Kannada “Devru Olled Madli”

I had attended for ibps clerical1 & clerical2 exams... but while filling application form I didnt notice the column "have u applied for CWE held in 2012" and "have u applied for CWE held in 2011" ...by default "no" option was selected.... now i have qualified for cwe 3 ... will it affect my candidature ...please help me sir...very much worried about it..

ReplyDeletei attended csb po interview. I was also selected for ibps po interview.They enquire a'bt ibps interview and whether i will select or not. I answered that, i'hv prepared well & did my level best. The csb interview was very good, according to one of the panelist. so if they think that i will got selection in ibps &due to that whether they will reject me??
PLease share your interview experience means wat r the question they asked and wat about gd and write up...

ReplyDeleteIn csb interview, they only concentrate on banking.. No GA, No HR qstns (in my case). There was no gd. Write up s a'bt general topics. Our topic was whether availability of multiple ID cards good or bad.. banking qstns are about policy rates,Basel norms,Monetary policy,NBFC,banking products... answr for your queries...... ny1 for my help????????????

Deletei think that you should have avoided telling them that you have gone through ibps interview....instead told them that you have given ibps exam or preparing for that....anyways they judge you from all perspective ,entire interview your marks,and if they think that you are right person for them they will select u.....
ReplyDeleteexams to yaar har koi dey rha hai es waqt.....grab d opportunity which cmes first.....public sector bank 1st choice rakhna agar melte hai usme...fer private.....result pae depend karta hai konsa phle aayega...all the best

ReplyDeleteI'm from kochi. Here there s no gd round. But i don't know whether this will be the case for other states.Most probably, there is no chance for GD. bcz, there were 2 shifts in each day. No time for gd!!!!. my reporting time was @ 8AM, After write up & certificate verification, interview started at 10.20 AM. Duration only 10 or 15 min. Essay writing duration 10 min. I'm the 9th interview candidate and my turn at 11.30 ...
