Hi Friends, I'm S.Aravindha Lochan from Chennai. My qualification is B.E Civil 2012 pass out. I have attended the Federal Bank Probationary Officers (POs) interview at Chennai on 10th January 2014. Here is my experience and questins asked in my interview.

After the Certificate verification I entered into the interview room. There were 3 members in the panel. All were aged above 40. Only one person among them asked the questions & the remaining were stayed silent and observing. The interview lasted for 7 minutes.

The questions asked in my Federal Bank Interview are

1. Tell about bank.
2. Tell about ur family.
3. What u were doing  these days.
4. Tell about the recent happenings in economy.
5.  campus placement.in college
6. About change of Government in Delhi.
7. PERT rule
8. About home loan
9. How does bank get money.

I tried my best to appear confident and gave suitable answers to all the questions. Finally the results came & I got selected. I heartly want to thank Mr.Senthil Nathan who is the role model for me & for  his valuable guidance. Also want to thank Gr8AmbitionZ. I have also cleared IBPS Clerk III exam with score of 111 Gen category  Tamil Nadu & have interview on 17-2-14. All the Best to All.

  4. dear friends i am in great confusion please help me out. I am a B.tech graduate and in our university we gate CGPA instead of percentage. Our CGPA is in points out of 10 , and i got 8.32, but the problem is at the time of applying for po3 i didn't know the rule to convert CGPA into percentage, and i just simply converted it into percentage i.e multiplied it by 10, and now ibps is demanding the rule by which i converted my marks, what should i do? will my candidature be cancelled?
