IBPS Clerks Interview Experience 2014 from Delhi

Hello Friends, My interview was held on on 10th feb 2014, it was all gud. Here goes my experience. Hope it will be useful for you. 

Name : Pooja kataria

Qualification : MBA Banking

Interview Panel : XI

Interview Venue : Delhi

Interview Date : 10-02-2014

I entered the room, asked May i come in? they said,Yes.

I saw the panel, there were 4 person in the panel, 3 male n a Female officer(she was noticing my hand movements n how confidently i speak).

and our chair is placed far from their table, so that they can watch ur completely from head to toe(to check our nervousness).

I found they really genuine and kind.

First they ask me my name, I told.

Then Ist ask me , that Pooja u r an Mba, tel me ur Specialization, I told banking.

Then a SardarJi was in the panel, He asked me to answer all their qustns in HINDI only..

Then their main focus was to ask Banking qustns to me as its my Specialization.

They asked me abt NPA, CTS, Different types of Loan, what is Customer?, Cross-Selling? , and few more.

One was askng banking questions, other,G.K ,Eco, management and general qustns.

I was asked that I'm Over Qualified or i should apply for Officer scale, rather than clerk, I explained my Reason why i chose Clerk..

i was Asked , who is the Opposition leader in Lok Sabha, I told correct.

Overall, My Interview lasts 10 mints. 12-15

Questions was asked (what i remember). I gave all correct answer except one (i said i've no idea about it).

They were good to me, and when we get confuse they give hints about the answer.

N there were Candidates who said they didn't ask them any of the banking related questions. So it depends person to person.
