The Finance Minister of Andhra Pradesh Shri. Anam Ramnarayana Reddy has presented the budget for the financial year 2013-14 on 18th March 2013. He has presented a budget of Rs. 1,61,348 crores. This includes a non-Plan expenditure of Rs 1,01,926 crore and Plan expenditure of Rs 59,422 crore. The estimated revenue surplus is 1023 crores Rupees and fiscal deficit is estimated at 24487 crores Rupees at 2.85 percent of GSDP.  In this budget he presented the first-ever exclusive agriculture action plan, to help in comprehensive development of the agriculture sector. And also, this was the first budget after the state enacted a historic legislation in December last year to give statutory status to the scheduled castes and scheduled tribe sub-plan. Five Districts i.e. Ananthapur, Chittoor, East Godavari,  Hyderabad and Rangareddy are selected for implementation Aadhar Enabled Payment of all benefits in the first phase.   • Medical Health  - Rs. 6481 crores
