IBPS PO III Interviews - Reviews and Highlights

Friends, the IBPS PO III Interviews have started today and already one batch of candidates have given their interviews. As per the information and reviews we got, the Interviewers are behaving very friendly. They are making the candidates feel comfortable. They are mainly focusing on your communication skills and convincing abilities. They are not going into the deep of the topics. They haven't asked questions from the education background of the candidates (the only question based on education was, why you choose banking after this so and so degree ?). The four main areas which are being focused by them in IBPS PO III Interviews are,

1. Background of the candidate (simple questions like tell us about yourself, your hobbies )
2. Why Banking ? (this seems to be the compulsory question for all. So better make a convincing answer for this)
3. Current Affairs (mostly from last two three days or a week)
4. Two or Three banking related questions

The average time of the interview is just 10 to 15 minutes.

Important Note : The interviews are like a simple conversation. They are asking questions based on your replies. So better avoid touching the areas which you don't have the minimum knowledge. 

About Certificate Verification : They are strictly checking all the documents. Our friend Sudhanshu said that they are mainly focusing on certificates rather than interviews. So check twice whether you are carrying all the necessary certificates or not. No news on whether they are allowing "letter of undertakings" (if you miss one or two certificates) or not. We will try to clarify this issue by evening. They are allowing Letter of Undertaking.
