Important Note :

1. Offer of appointments to the above named  selected candidates are sent by speed post.  If any of     the  selected candidates do not receive the letter by 15.2.2013, they may please contact Personnel & Human Resources Development Division at Head Office. 
2. Candidates selected for Officer JMG Scale-I have to join their respective place of posting on 22.2.2013 before 10.00 AM and candidates selected for Office Assistant (Multipurpose) post have to join on 25.2.2013 before 10.00 AM without fail along with all required documents/certificates/papers as set out in the offer of appointment.  One of such certificate is Physical Fitness Certificate duly certified by District Medical Officer.
