Process Overview
Legal Order and Case Resolution Operations is one of the sub processes that handle various Tax related requests as per the US States Treasury Department and is the unit selected by Bank of America to handle and process levies and other types of legal orders served on the bank.

Job Description 
A levy is a legal order served on the Bank by a representative of the various state Tax departments to obtain funds held by the Bank in a customer’s bank account. The amount of Levy usually indicates past-due taxes unpaid by the customer. India team works on different kinds of Levies.  

Responsibilities :

• Ensure that the Levies are processed as per the procedures
• Ensure that the targets assigned are in accordance with the SLA
• Identify potential areas for process improvements & highlight the same to the TL/AM
• He/She must be able to learn quickly appropriately execute the learning’s.
• Ensure adherence to establish attendance schedules
• He/She must possess the ability to recognize and/or coordinate resolution of customer impact issues
• He/She must be able to multi-task in a fast paced, and ever-changing environment, without a compromise on customer delight 

Mandatory Skills :

• Able to work under the environment of tight deadlines and without accuracy being compromised
• Attention to details is essential as is the following of the banks procedural guidelines and escalation procedures
• Computer literate and have intermediate knowledge of Excel
• Needs to be a team player and help other individuals when volumes are heavy

• Be able to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
• Excellent organizational skills to be able to prioritize responsibilities meet deadlines and work in a multi-task environment.
• Ability to pay close attention to detailed information is critical
