Hello friends I m Nikhil Sharma from Himachal Pradesh.

Qualification : Graduate-non medical (2015)

This year started gloriously for me as on the new year eve I got a job as a Office Assistant in Himachal Pradesh Gramin Bank (my first preference). Unfortunately I couldn't able to be in the final list of officer scale 1 due to low written score.

I started my preparation in June. My first exam was Oriental Insurance Company Assistant on 22 Aug 2015. I really prepared hard for that exam, but I was able to attempt only 162 because of less attempts in maths(25) but then I realized that I have to work hard on topics as well as my basics were clear. Then came RRB Officer scale 1. This was my first PO level exam. I attempted 133 and again was disappointed with my performance but I know I can learn from my mistakes.
On 26 Sep I attended IBPS RRB Assistant exam I attempted 168 with 70 in maths and reasoning. Now I was expecting a interview call in this exam as it went good. Fortunately in October I found that I have clear both officer scale and assistant exam. Meanwhile I already have cleared IBPS PO Pre and was preparing for mains but when the mains result came I felt very bad as I couldn't make it (missed sectional by 3 valuable marks as I wasted 50 minutes in reasoning section). Suddenly I checked on a website and found that i have also cleared OICL assistant exam.

Then I gather myself up and started preparing for interviews. Interviewer were very helpful and friendly. After few day,s marks were displayed and I have got 140.75 in assistant and few marks above cut off in OS-1 as 140 is not a good score I felt scared.

But on 1 Jan 2016 final results came and I have been allotted to the Himachal Pradesh Gramin Bank.

On the very next day I have my IBPS clerk main exam and that went very good, attempted 178 my best performance so far. Hope for the best and always concentrate on accuracy as many friends attempted 180&185 couldn't able to score above 130.

That's all my friends best of luck for your bright future.
