In waiting room they told us to arrange following documents in the order told by them, (They also want passing certificate of 10th )

My verification was smooth, just about 3-5 min.

There were 5 members in the panel ( M1, M2, M3, M4 and F1)

I entered the room, and wish all of them, they also wished me, and told me to sit.

My interview was mostly in hindi

M1:  Nervous feel kar raho ho

Me: sir,nervous to hu , but us se jyada Excited hu  , …..they all gives a warm smile, and it releases my pressure and nervousness

M2: introduce yourself

Me: Told

M3: hobbies ?

Me: playing cricket and helping my father in farm

M3: Why Banking ?

Me: I like the job profile of a banker, apart from job security, good career growth and decent salary , it gives me opportunity to interactive with different types of people and Serve the poor people and farmers,

M2: Poor people ki help kaise karoge ??

Me: Sir, gov. ne garib aur farmers l liebahut saare welfare schemes chala rakha hai, mai unke baare me sabko aware karunga, aur in sab k laabh unlogo tak pahuchaungaa….. ( He was satisfied, and, it increase my confidence  )

M3: Kuch Welfare Schemes k naam batiaye

Me: told about, PMJDY, MUDRA yojana, KCC and SHGs

M3: Mudra yojana ko details me batao

Me: told everything about MUDRA yojana, maine approx.. 3 min tak isme bola, bina ruke, pura details me,,,( Sabhi dhyan se sun rahe the, kisi ne mujhe interrupt nahi kia)

  All of them seems satisfied

M3: Good

Me: thanku sir  (with smile  )

M4: KCC(kisan credit Card) k bare me batao

Me: told in details

M2: KCC k interest Rate kitna  hai

Me: 7%

M4: PMJDY me insurance kaun provide karta hai

Me: HDFC Ergo

M4: Difference B/W Neft and RTGS

Me: Told

M4: kitnaa attemps kie the mains me aur kitna expect kar rahe ho

Me: 104 attemps, 90-95 expect kar raha hu

Thanku Vicky, that’s it

They invited to take a chocolate( Maine bola sir mai 2 le lu ( just to

create humour), they all laughs, Do kya aap 4 le lo )

 I thank them , and left with positive note

P.S:- Ranchi k Panels kaafi friendly hai, Maine jin k baare me details me padh rakha tha, so maine unhi k baare me bola, so, Aapko v jo details me aata ho ho waahi batana, they asks every minute details
