ReplyDeleteCan anyone explain the Sbi aptitude test question no. 13 and 15 please ...... In compound sum how 104 came and in train sum 5/18 came ......please
ReplyDeleteIn the case of Train, all the values must have same Unit. Ie, m/s or km/hr.In this problem length of the train and time are in same unit. But Speed is in km/hr. So we convert km/hr into m/s. ie, 1km = 1000m and 1hr = 3600 sec. ie, 1000/3600 .for solving this, we get 5/18. so we multiply the speed 75km/hr with 5/18. then we get Speed is in m/s. For reversing ie, convert m/s into km/hr we multiply with 18/5. In the case of Compound interest we use the formula ie, P (1+R/100)2 . do u understand.
