• Education : First class Graduate in Electronics/I.T Engineering/I.T Systems Engineering/ Computer Science /MCA with 15 yrs experience   

Chief Financial Officer    - 1 Post

• Age : 42 to 52 years
• Education : Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant / MBA (Finance) with 15 yrs experience   

Chief Risk Officer - 1 Post

• Age : 42 to 52 years
• Education : Post Graduate in Applied Statistics/ Statistics/ Economics/ MBA (Finance) with 15 yrs experience   

Deputy General Manager- Credit - 1 Post

• Age : 42 to 52 years
• Education : Chartered Accountant / ICWA/ First class Post Graduate in Statistics/ Applied Statistics/ Economics with 15 yrs experience   

Assistant General Manager- Law - 1 Post

• Age : 35 to 45 years
• Education : Degree in Law with10 yrs experience   

Assistant General Manager- Industrial Relations - 1 Post

• Age : 35 to 45 years
• Education : Post-Graduation in HR/IR/Personnel Management with 55 % marks and 10 yrs experience   

Chief Manager- Economic Research -  1 Post

• Age : 30 to 40 years
• Education : Post-Graduation in Economics with 55% marks and 3 yrs experience   

Manager - Law - 20 Posts

• Age : 25 to 35 years
• Education : Degree in Law
