    ReplyDelete
  44. Hey dolly, I would like to tell u that ur attempts seems to be sufficient to clear ur written part. Accuracy surely matters, but still if u maintain atleast 80% accuracy, there r chances. Trust me ever since I left my job, I have failed in nearly 10 exams,, may b even more. But still I am positive and I believe “There is nothing in this life that can destroy you but yourself. Bad
things happen to everyone, but when they do, you can't just fall apart
and die. You have to fight back. If you don't, you're the one who loses
in the end. But if you do keep going and fight back, you win.” I know what it costs leaving job, situation tends to make u fall, most people leave u, u feel like left behind..everyone moves on....but trust me its only u who will have to keep urself motivated. Those who come out succesfull are the ones who never left hope. I would suggest identify ur weak spot....work on them.Join some mock test series...it helps alot identifying weak spots and developing speed........U will clear the xam its my guarantee...without even knowing u in person...just have faith in urself.Keep practising.

    ReplyDelete
  45. hello navneet first of all thnx for such a motivational reply.. i ve not taken speed test this is my blunderer mistake .. i followed R S Aggarwal's book
is these books ar ok...?? as i read u follow mk pandey pls suggest me some online test series.......when last time i commented on ur post i was very irritated ..but thing clear in my mind that u would understand my situation and give me right suggestion,,,,,,again thnx.....next is ibps po i will try for that .....

  46. Hmm as usual a flawed exam system cum pattern .Will be able to clear maximum marks cut off beyond 75 mks to 80 mks .But not pass individual sectional cut off in Mathematical Quant aptitude .This is the absurdity of IBPS BANK PO authorities.Time ran out .Realistically 2 hrs is absolutely scanty time limit to crack these exams. The real sterling solution for long run will be to increase time limit by atlleast 10 to 15 minutes extra!!!

    ReplyDelete
  47. Have 1 new golden opportunity by appearing for SBI ASSOCIATE PO exam in November .Will not repeat this dark experience.

    ReplyDelete
  48. Not 1 single question on numeric series ,BODMAS type questions in maths was asked during morning session of the IBPS BANK PO exam held on 11th OCTOBER 2014 .

    ReplyDelete
  49. hi friends i had attended ibps po on october 12 2014 afternoon session my attempts are
    1)aptitude-11(100% accuracy)
    2)reasoning-12(100% accuracy)
    3)computer-17(100% accuracy)
4)general awareness(17 attended in which 4 were wrong)
    5)english-18(70% accuracy)
is there any chance that i will get a chance for interview since i belong to unreserved category

  50. Hey Dolly,

I m sorry for replying late. Was occupied somewhere. First of all I would like to tell u that, yes R.S Aggarwal is sufficient if you want to build up your basics. Some years back it used to be the only best choice every aspirant had for any compititive exam. But now looking into the level of compition picked up so high, we have to consider other good options as well. Some people find R.S Aggarwal sufficient though in my case after completing R.S Aggarwal, i followed another book by "Rajesh verma-Fast Track objective Arithmetic(Arihant Publication). Found it a better & advanced version to deal with quant aptitude....it does have the new type of tricky questions being asked now a days. It covers and makes one fit for both IBPS + SSC. Actually R.S. aggarwal is not updated since many years by the authors. Then coming to DI,I practiced from BSC publication book on Data interpretation by M Tyra and K Kundan. For reasoning, like i said,I followed-BSC Analytical reasoning by MK Pandey.

Now coming to ur situation ryt now, I totally understand wat u might be facing? Trust me I have been into similar situation many a times ever since i left my Job. Actually I think this feeling is also required sometimes, to help boost urself for the next level.. use it as a fuel for urself....push urself harder. this is the time. I would like to tell u that I m not the one who spent much time with books during school days. So my basics were like, a simple question from "average" could trick me so bad, that I used to spent hours thinkin "Ye kaise hoga?". I worked on my basics and today I am satisfied that I even managed to attempt atleast 13 in this ibps PO.This is because I know from where I have started. I was a zero when i took off.

I have taken Mahindra speed test series. You can take either mahindra or bsc...for banking preparation. Then monthly bsc magazine does have 4 sets...take and solve it every month as well. Keep a track on ur scores, make strategy accordingly. I am expecting that we both will clear cut offs for this PO and will not have to wait for IBPS PO V. But still whatever is the result, stay positive, stay focused. All the very best.

  51. hello navneet
thnx u consider wrathful to replying me. from this detail i ve come to know u followed no. of books. or main soch rahi hun k kash meri bat tumse pehle h gye hoti. and i ve follwed just r s aggarwal for rasoning and maths and kiran publication practice books....i thought many time to buy books but never found gud guidance...and i know 2 3 students who clear just following these books....so i thought may b, i am wrong i should not buy books but i just try to revise that books.

thnx for ur gud wishes even i think same k is br hi kuch ban jye . kyon ki ek or saal wait krna it would b a terrible job....well i know u will definitely clear ur exam ......all the best and stay in touch mujhe tumhari help ki jarort pare gi.......... gud luck..
