Oscar-winning actor and Standup comedian Robin Williams (21st July 21 1951 – 11th August 11 2014) died at the age of 63. The apparent cause of death was suicide by asphyxiation (a condition of severely deficient supply of oxygen to the body that arises from abnormal breathing), authorities said. According to his publicist, Williams had been battling severe depression and spent time in rehab as recently as July. One of the most beloved American entertainers of his generation, Williams rose to fame in the iconic US television sitcom "Mork & Mindy". Williams was famous for films such as Good Morning Vietnam, Jumanji and Dead Poets Society and won an Oscar for his role in Good Will Hunting (best supporting actor).
