Haryana Gramin Bank is inviting applications from Indian citizens, who have appeared at the Common Written Examination for RRBs conducted by IBPS in September 2012 and declared qualified. For the posts of Officer in Middle Management Grade (Scale-III), Officer in Middle Management Grade (Scale-II), Officer in Junior Management (Scale-I) and Office Assistants (Multipurpose). The online registration will starts from 23rd November 2012 and the last date of Online applications is 8th December 2012. There are 216 Clerical posts and 115 Officers posts for Freshers.

ReplyDeleteHere the point is... maximum number of candidates who wrote this exam also wrote IBPS POs and SBI Clerks too and got good ranks. And they wont compete you so still you have good chances for selection. And I don't think Rs 100 is a Big issue. So Apply.

DeleteIt depends on your score Karthik. As I told you earlier, they will first prefer the local candidates for the posts. If you get more marks than the local candidates, then you will have chances.

ReplyDeleteFirst of all no need to compare IBPS RRBs with IBPS POs... POs had relatively large competition when compared to IBPS RRBs. Ofcourse, you may not get calls initially with your score. But you can surely will get call for coming notifications. But remember, you should work hard for interviews. All The Best :)

Well you have good chances Vinay. Ofcourse you may not get IN at initial stage. But still you have chances... I'm confidently saying this because I'm sure that not all the aspirants who got good ranks will compete you (due to upcoming IBPS PO and SBI notifications) and 119 is not such a bad score.

DeleteAnd The recruitment process of banks is little time taking Abjal. It will take 3 to 4 months at least to get selected if you applied now. So if possible join in any part time job and paralelly try for Banks. You really have got good scores. So never lose hope... All The Best.

ReplyDeleteAll Nationalized banks are same Friend. All provide you with the same salary, same work target and same allowances etc. Its up to you to choose the bank according to your convenience.
DeleteP.S : In my childhood I used to think that Bank of Baroda is the BIGGEST bank in the world (because my uncle used to work in that bank) and I too used to see so many adds of that bank in news papers. And used to think that Dena bank was a small private bank (because of its less publicity and lack of branches in my area). But when I got job in that bank I came to know the fact :)

No need to be tensed Naresh Gupta. As it clearly appearing as typing mistake, you can easily convince them. Just tell them that due to some problems you had applied on the last date and the server got struck. So you were nervous and hurried so you mistyped the word.

DeleteIts always good to give the correct information Neehal. Because if you apply with wrong DOB, then maximum chances are there for them to think that you cheated on them and cancel your registration. So better apply with the Original DOB.
