  • Empowered -  give (someone) the authority or power to do something.
  • Quell -  put an end to (a rebellion or other disorder), typically by the use of force.
  • Oversight -  an unintentional failure to notice or do something.

  • Decisive -  deliberately cause (someone) to believe something that is not true, especially for personal gain.

  • Revitalise -  imbue (something) with new life and vitality.
  • Spurt -  gush out in a sudden and forceful stream.
  • Dissipating -  (with reference to a feeling or emotion) disappear or cause to disappear
  • Moot -  raise (a question or topic) for discussion; suggest (an idea or possibility).

  • Constraints -  a limitation or restriction
