Required Documents you Should Carry for IBPS PO & Clerks Common Interviews

Friends, here is the list of documents you should carry with you for IBPS PO and Clerk Common Interviews.
  • Interview Call Letter sent by IBPS (you can download it from the website)
  • Printout of the Application. 
  • Proof of Identity (Driving Licence, PAN Card, Passport etc).
  • Proof of Date of Birth (10th / 12th Marks List)
  • All Marks Sheets of your Education 
  • Provisional or Original Graduation Degree certificate
  • Computer Knowledge certificate (if any)
  • Caste certificate (as per format)
  • 2 Sets of Photostat Copies of all your Certificates with self attestation (actually they're asking for one set along with Character Certificate, but its better to take two)
  • No Objection Certificate (if you have experience in any Public Sector Bank or any Govt office). No need to submit NOC if you work for Private Sector. 
  • No need of the print out of Score Card (better to take, but they are not asking for this)
  • If you don’t have any of the above Certificates then you should write a letter of undertaking that you will submit the certificate within the duration of 30 days (Caution : Some panels are not allowing letter of undertakings. So better make sure you are taking all the necessary documents with you).

      according to the notification, the candidates who are still Pursuing not eligible for the posts friend. So they will reject even he/she apply..

      Note : personally we advise you to appear so that you can get the real time interview experience

      Hi Mam
      I have some doubt to ask regarding IBPS CWE Inetrview. Please clarify it as soon as you can.
      1) As i have seen you posted above that Private Sector employee has no need to produce NOC at the time of interview. Are you sure about it?
      2) Currently i am working in Private company but at the time when i filled an application i didn't mention my exp. in the application because i didn't find any option of still working/ currently working or as like. Now i want to show it at my resume at the time of interview. Will it considerable or will effect an interview?

    hello mam i have interview on 30-01-2013 at hyderabad. sbi associates (sbh).
    i have one doubt mam . i have to attest my educational xerox copies with gazetted officer or not? i am confusing sir,
    in call letter they mentioned like as
    "one set of attested photocopies of required certificates should be attached to original bio -data form.
    attestation with gazetted officer is must or not? plz tell me.

    and another doubt.
    in call letter they are asking. in last 5 years where you have resided more than 1 year? what does it mean . i am stayed with my home for last 10 yaers i have to mention any thing int his column or not?

      As far as I know.. self attestation will be enough for photocopies of documents kumar. and they ask you for your residence details only to confirm that you are the local candidate of Andhra pradesh. No need to be tensed about these issues.

    Hello mam, I got selected for interview for clerk sbi associate banks. I got age relaxation due to judicial separation, but I haven't received the certificate yet.It is taking time. Will I get rejected? I don't know what to do.

      DOnt be tensed Neelima. They wont reject you. If you are unable to submit the certificate in time, just they will ask you to write a Letter of Undertaking by saying you can submit the certificate within 30 days.

    Ofcourse Laya, you can get the attestation done from the Post Master. and the conduct certificate issued by your principal is enough.. And no need to be worried even if you unable to produce any of the certificates at the time of interview. They just will ask you to write a Letter of Undertaking that you can submit required certificates within 30 days..

    All officers belonging to Govt.(state or central) whose name are published in the Gazette of india are called "Gazetted Officers".
    Some gazetted officers are...
    Defence Officers
    Assistant commissionar of police(ACP)
    All central services officers
    Scientists of DRDO,CSIR,NPL etc
    Doctors of Govt hospitals
    Assistant Programmer,IT CADRE Delhi Govt.
    Assistant Director
    Assistant Engineer
    Librarians of Govt etc

    hello mam,i faced the interview for SBI associates clerk but in final list i am not selected.i want to know is this possible that they publish second list?should i wait for it?
    Second thing is i got130 marks in ibps in haryana(Gen).What is my chances?

      2nd list will be there friend. But better don't put more hopes on that... Just concentrate on upcoming exams.

      Usually clerical interviews will be held in local language Friend. But all remaining interviews will be held in English language... Try to respond in the same language in which they ask questions to you.

    hello mam .. i want to know about the obc certificate... i have the obc certificate issued in july 2012, they are asking for obc certificate issued after march 2013.... now the time is very less... i am very tensed and don't know what to do....... will an undertaking regarding the same would do...??? please reply...

    In my birth certificate i have my fathers name as RABINDRA NATH DUTTA....but in my 12th marksheet it is RABI DUTTA.....n also i have my name as MOWMITA in my birth certificate....where as in all other certificate i have MOUMITA.....what should i do about it?

    Hi mam, for me interview is on jan 3rd, I dont have 7th sem marksheet. Is it necessary, I have consolidated marksheet. Then is the resume and contact certificate is needed. Resume is not mentioned in documents. Please advice me ASAP

    i have mine interview for po on 3rd jan 2014....
    I have not obc certificate latest but have of 2007 .... stating i m from obc caste .... but as required obc certificate to be new due to change in income relaxation rules for non creamy layer, i have made a AFFIDAVIT stating that still i m from obc non creamy layer signed by sub megistrate of chandigarh on 12dec2013....
    at the time of interview if i present these documents . it will be enough
    ??? or they will reject me as i havent latest obc certificate//////

    plzz guide ??
    i m having only 8 days from now....but i will apply for the new obc certificate after my interview as they will take mine original(2007) as well ...
    affidavit will work na + 2007 obc certificate???

    I have my ibps po interview on 7-1-2014 but I'm doing mca presently, so my ccertificates are with my clg, they gave me a bonafide regarding the certificates, so will it be accepted in certificate verification!

    I completed MBA & B.COM I have all the certificates with regard to degree but I dont have MBA third semester marksheet is it neccessary to get that certificate?

    I completed MBA and B.COM I have all the documents with regard to degree but dont have third semester marksheet of MBA.
    Is it necesseary to bring the MBA semwise marksheets?
    I mentioned about MBA in application form.

    HELLO MAM/SIR,

    Is it compulsory to produce "PASS CERTIFICATE" of 10th and 12th along with marksheet?

    Pass certificate is issued by cbse along with marksheet.Actually I only have marksheet with me and no separate pass certificate.

    itz better to take four printout of application form.. In my IBPS PO interview every interviewer demanded seprate copy of application form.. so plz take 4 copies of application form wth u ....

    Mam I have all the certificates except 10th 12th I lost it before two days but in my clerical call letter they have mentioned as 10/12/or birth certificate so can I show my birth certificate instead of 10th and 12th

    I did my BCA from my hometown and now I am doing MCA from another city.I have one more semester before I my MCA gets completed.So if I ask my professor for character certificate ( professor of my MCA ) will it be valid since MCA is not yet completed or should I get character certificate from the college where I did my BCA?     . i did not have ms cit course certificate (computer knowledge course)....but recently i was completed a software course such as auto cad course....In my opinion this is also computer knowledge course.....and i am graduated degree in engineering..... my question is that - Is software course certificate sufficient for computer knowledge certificate?
