Hello Friends Congrats and All the best to all of you.

            When I decided to prepare for the bank exams seriously, the first which I cleared is SBI Clerks, when I have seen my SBI Clerks written results I shocked because many attempted 170+ but I just 153 and there are very low vacancies in Telangana, so I surprised. Then I had fear because of interview and that too my first bank interview, but when I was giving my interview I was quite comfortable and at the same time my interview went superb...!!! and Finally I’m into SBI.

            I want to share my strategies which I followed to crack the bank job. Those are "Accuracy" & "Speed". To achieve these online exams practice is very important. Giving exams alternate days only in your comfortable time gives the best result because in the middle days you can review the last written online exam and can practice some new and more methods. MY ADVICE IS THAT DON’T WRITE EXAMS WITHOUT REVIEWING PREVIOUS ONES.

            To crack these exams everyone should have their own rules and regulations, I mean, there is an exam for 2 hours or 2.15 hours for IBPS and SBI. Almost every one use the whole time to complete the exam. My advice is that in the practice section strict your written time to 1.30 hours, you should fix in your mind that the exam time is for only 1.30 hours, so in the real exam you can score more in the remaining time. Reviewing the exam is very important than writing the exam, don’t review the paper in 0.30 or 1 hour, spend much time like 1 hour on each section so your techniques and knowledge will be increased. positive thinking, dedication and seriousness is very important to clear any difficult step.

            I’m not interested in reading newspapers and I’m also weak in English, so I used to read the monthly articles and main articles which is available before the exams by Gr8ambitionz, but I read the articles slow, because I believe "slow and steady wins the race" and while I’m reading I also observe the grammar which they used in the articles, so like that my English also some what improved.

And actually it is not my success story, just now I started my first step towards the success.
