ReplyDeleteall hats are black( already true)..so if you're asked the possibility of a true case it will always be false.
1st is also false bcz u can't say that some blacks are not shoes..u can make two diagrams for 'All A are B' types. (1) One diagram will have A inside and B outside. (2) The other diagram will have A and B overlapping. any conclusion needs to hold true in both these diagrams for it to be completely true. 'some blacks are not shoes' is true for (1) but not for (2). So the conclusion is false.
I'm 100% sure bcz I've solved loads of syllogism questions and I don't get it wrong now...
thanks :)

ReplyDeleteall hats are shocks
all hats are black

ReplyDeleteplease tell me wat is namo and schemes regarding dat
ReplyDeleteNone is true....
ReplyDeleteNo.... Check the exmpls...u may understand...
ReplyDelete@deepthi buddy I got SBI po and IBPS clerical books a long time ago..used that..then I did questions from bankersadda (website). and yes I've given 5-6 papers till now and i make sure to solve each and every syllogism question (got it all right) :)
ReplyDelete@dheeraj bro i did write about the 2nd one also. see in syllogism if something is already true then its possibility will be false..think of it like this. "your name is dhiraj". now this is true. so if someone says that "your name can be dhiraj" OR "there's a possibility of your name being dhiraj" then it's false bcz your name is already dhiraj. so it cant be a possibility na.
here also hats will come inside black. so it means all hats are black. when this is true then the possibility will be false :)
Yaaa
ReplyDeleteNarendra Modi
