IBPS PO/MT III, Clerks III & SO III Pre Appointment / Recrtment Formalities of BOI are out

Friends, the Bank of India has announced the Pre Appointment / Recruitment Formalities of IBPS PO/MT III, Clerks III & Specialist Officer III aspirants for the year 2014. In a recent notification the bank has announced that, it is in the process of scrutinizing your application and documents, after scrutiny of the documents, it will issue Offer Letters to candidates at their correspondence address, in phased manner. You will have to complete pre - recruitment formalities at Centre / Zonal Offices which will be advised to you through Offer Letter. The main pre - recruitment formalities would be as bellow : 
  1. Medical Examination by our “ Approved Doctor” only.
  2. Police Verification Report/s.
  3. Verification of your character certificate, employers certificate, referee
  4. Verification of your discharge certificate if you are employed.
  5. Submission of relevant Caste Certificate etc.,

    currently i am employed..
    How can i get discharge certificate from my employer? as i dont know exact date of joining thats why yet i have not resign from my current job.

      as soon as u get joining letter u may resign from ur current organization. till then ur form 16 and salary slips will work.

      i am also selected in boi(clerk) from gujarat.
      working in pgvcl and still not resign .
      on which date we have to resign .

      Again read d circular frnd, required to resign from your
      previous employer only after receipt of Offer-cum- Appointment Letter and submit
      clean discharge certificate before joining the services of our organization.

    Thanks admin for your valuable help....
    i was Zero in maths and reasoning before IBPS PO- III notification out not even seen any question paper.
    but after fed up with private job i decided to join PSU bank and PO-III notification out i applied and started preparing from basic of maths and reasoning. i was searching shortcuts of maths and reasoning as i didnt had too much time to complete all the syllabus. while googling i found your site looking like new hope for me after gone through your site i realise i could have done better if i have found it before 2 month.
    in PO- III i could score 56 whereas minimum cut off was 61.
    i didn't give up i was told by my friend that based on your PO preparation you can easily clear Clerk exam.
    i appeared for clerk and clear with 101 score GEN cutt of 66 clear interview successfully and allotted BOI.

      Dear friend, initially bank issues offer letter to all. In that they will mention the regional office where u should go and collect all the formats and submit back with in a time. They will check all documents and give us appointment letter. In this they will mention the joining date. So if our working , u HV to resign after getting the appointment letter

      Dont worry when IBPS will hand over all the document to allotted bank then bank will again check it thoroughly and any deficient document will be intimated to u via mail or phone giving their Fax no so that u can send the same at the earliest

      canara bank 4th round is going on for last year candidates till this may-2014....probably after that u may get a call from the bank....so wait for a few weeks....

    Hello Mam..my name is Priyanka ..category OBC..I have been allotted in Indian Overseas Bank for IBPS Clerk..

    The problem is dat I wasnt aware dat candidates hv to give OBC certi in a prescribed format. I.e. under Central Gvt format..
    I had given OBC certi under state gvt. At the tym of Interview..

    I had though I wont get allotted because of this but I got selected..

    Do you think, I will get an Offer of appointment from Indian Overseas bank? Or will I face problem?

    i m selected in obc bank in clerk 3. At the time of submission of form i mention that i have 6 month experience but i terminated from the job so i have no experience certificate or relieving certificate regarding this. i have only my pay slips and training certificate of 6 month. so i want to know that in document verification it works or not. what i do pls help me.....
