Hi My name is Sakshi Gupta & I'm sharing my written experience of IBPS CWE III clerks held on 7 Dec '13 morning shift.
G.A. - It was moderate. They asked questions mostly from banking awareness. I don't remember many questions. So can't say much about it.
Computer section- It seemed too easy as I'm from CS background. Questions were simple & many of them were repeated from previous papers of IBPS like-
A website is a collection of- web pages
To detect a suspicious & hazardous program in system, used software is- Anti virus
English- English was also easy. Time management is very crucial in this question. I suggest in no situation you should skip the comprehension. This was the easiest part of the paper. Also, give at least 5 minutes in arranging the jumbled sentences(5 ques). Rest of the parts

find error in the part of sentence-detection(5 ques)
replace with correct phrase-correction(5 ques)
fill with closest corrct words(10 ques)
Reasoning- It was moderate. All questions were expected ones. the only thing required was time management.
Syllogism(5 ques) easy
data sufficiency(5 ques) moderate
coding-decoding(5 ques) easy
Circular arrangement puzzle- it was tough within the time limit. It had- two people are sitting inwards & rest are sitting facing outward of the circle.
direction(5 ques) easy
Numerical ability- This was also moderate. However , didn't go well for me. Direct calculations were involved in about 20 ques.
time and work (1)
allegation(1)
S.I.(1)
pipe & cisterns(1)
speed & time (2)
There was 2 questions from profit & loss too in N.A. section.
My advice is that you practice for speed maths & attempt those involving direct calculations first because some of these questions are in the last part of the section. I wasted a lot of time in doing other questions & missed some easy ones in the end. So, prepare for this section carefully.

replace with correct phrase-correction(5 ques)
fill with closest corrct words(10 ques)

ReplyDeletethanks a lot very helpful
ReplyDeleteArithematic is really confusing guys The question is becoming tough with every session so please be care in first two days last week the question paper is little bit easy but today morning Airthematic tough and afternoon both airthematic and reasoning are bit hard. Take care of trains and pipes and cisterns. profit percentage and seating arrangements and prepare mensuration rhombus quadilateral and triangle three questions on that and be through with indices formula of powers.
ReplyDeleteExample of today questions. Two trains travelling at a speed of 52km/hr and 84km/hr in opposite directions starting from same point. How much time is taken for them to have a distance of 612 km apart. (Todays first question in airthematic)
answer:4.5 hours
Deletevery easy question,,,,,let speed 1 = 52kmph and speed 2 = 84kmph , d=612km,,,relative speed = speed 1 + speed 2 = 136kmph.
Deletenow time=distance/speed=612/136= 4.5 hrs
its crt
Deleteplz guys careful 14,15exams 7exam paper is very tough

APTITUDE- ATTEMPTED 25... WAS TIME CONSUMING SIMPLIFICATION PART CONSISTED OF MIXED FRACTIONS .... LOT OF QUNS CAME WITH MIXED FRACTIONS .. SO IT WAS TIME CONSUMING ...5QNS IN D.I GIVEN A TABLE WANT TO FIND RATIO. SUCH TYPEE....I ATTEMPTED ONLY 25 COZ DINT WANT TO MAKE WRONG ATTEMPTS...

computer--easily u can attempt at least 35 question
RAJARSHI BISWAS
would you please tell me how to solve sitting arrangement question having "rest of the two facing outside"?????
ReplyDeleteI think this question can become easy if you just follow logic..Never try to solve problem by making circle instead make cross line .Start the question by from definite statement like C is sitting third to the right of A,who is sitting facing the center..Now you can easily draw the position of A and D from this statement..The next statement will be like.C is third to the left of P.Here you have to follow logic. You have to check the The position of C with respect to P by checking the placing the P in respect of placing outside and inside .You will find that only by using one side facing it will be possible for P to place C.
Deletecan any one say what r the upcoming notifications in banks??
ReplyDeletesome of the questions were wrong in evening shift of 7 dec paper.
