Friends, the Reserve Bank of India is going to release the notification of prestigious RBI Grade 'B' Officers (General) - Direct Recruitment (DR) for the year 2014. There are 117 posts in total (last year there were only 98 posts). A first class bachelor degree (50% for SC / ST / PWD) or a second class master degree (Pass class for SC / ST / PWD) is the minimum qualification to apply. The initial salary (including all gross emoluments) is approximately around Rs. 47,855/-.  You can apply online from 3rd June 2014 to 23rd June 2014. Important Dates :
  • Online Registration starts from : 3rd June 2014 to 23rd June 2014
  • Payment of Fee (Online) : 3rd June 2014 to 23rd June 2014
  • Payment of Fee (Offline) : 5th June 2014 to 26th June 2014

Age (as on 1st June 2014) : 21 to 30 Years

Required Qualification for RBI Grade B Officers Recruitment 2014 :
  • A First Class Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 60% marks or an equivalent grade OR
  • A Second Class Master's Degree with a minimum of 55% marks or an equivalent grade OR
  • A Doctorate Degree with 50% marks in Master's Degree or equivalent grade OR 
  • Chartered/Cost Accountant/Company Secretary (ACS) with a Bachelor's Degree OR
  • A Post Graduate Diploma in Management /MBA qualification from institutions recognized by Government of India/ University Grants Commission, with Graduation / Bachelor's Degree.
Selection Process :
The selectio0n of RBI Grade B Officers 2014 is based on two Examinations (One Objective and One Descriptive) and Interview.

    I'm a BE Graduate with 61 % but im second class.. Am i eligible ? Please reply mam..

      If your college follows regular percentage system, you are eligible for the post friend. If you are talking about CGPA, then your scale should be above 6.25 to apply.

      By the way, there will be relaxation for SC / ST / PWD candidates. Lets wait till the official notification out.

    I have 63% marks in BE final year. My aggregate percentage is 59%.. My question is that RBI follows last year marks or aggregate of all semesters???...Admin do reply to this question...
