Eligibility Criteria : 

Age :

• Minimum : 21 Years
• Maximum : 30 Years

Research Associate

Educational Qualification :

• Two years Full time Post Graduate Degree in Psychology with specialization in Industrial/Organizational Psychology/Psychological measurement/ Psychometrics with minimum 55% marks from recognized University/ Institutes OR
• Two years Full time Post Graduate Degree in Education with specialization in Measurement & Evaluation with minimum 55% marks from recognized University/ Institutes OR
• Two years Full time Post Graduate Degree/Diploma In Management with specialization in HR with focus on Personnel Assessment/Quantitative Techniques in HRD/Psychometrics with minimum 55% marks from recognized University/ Institutes.

Post Qualification Minimum Work Experience

• Preferably One year experience in the academic Research/Test Development/Project 
• Management Competency in operating computer is must.  

Research Associate (Technical)

Educational Qualification :

• M.Tech or M.E from a recognized university/Institute in Electrical or Mechanical or Civil or Electronics & Telecom or Instrumentation / M.C.A./Post Graduate in Computer Science

Post Qualification Minimum Work Experience

• One year experience In the academic Research/Teaching/As a Technical Officer is essential. 
• Competency in operating computer is essential 

Application Fee :

• Rs. 500/- for all categories of candidates

• Starting Date of Online Registrations : 4th January 2018
• Last Date of Online Registrations : 16th January 2018
• Call Letter download : After 18th January 2018
• Tentative Date of Online Examination : 28th January 2018
• Conduct of Interview / Group Exercises : February 2018

Selection Process :

Any eligible candidate, who aspires to join IBPS as Research Associate/Research Associate Technical is required to register for the Online examination. Candidates who appear and are shortlisted in the examination, will subsequently be called for further process of selection including Item Writing/Group Exercises/ Interview, etc.
