Letter : You ordered a new cheque book from your bank three weeks ago. However, you have not received the same till date. Write a letter to your bank manager complaining about the poor banking services and demanding strict action regarding this issue.

Dear Sir,

Subject : Complaint against non-receipt of cheque book I regret to bring it to your notice that I had requested for the issuance of a new cheque book against my savings account vide; Account Number - 4567324500951, XYZ Bank, ABC Branch, IFSC- XYZ 0984357 three weeks ago.


It has been 3 weeks now since I ordered for the same. Despite my regular follow-up with the branch executive and customer care associate, I am yet to receive my new cheque book. This clearly raises a question on the quality of services that the bank provides to its valuable customers. Now, the matter has reached at such a stage, where I require your immediate intervention and needful action without any further delay.

I request you to respond at the earliest and do let me know the reason behind such unprofessional services. Your early response and action will be highly appreciated.

  1. Any one pls clarify that whether the descriptive score added to total score in ibps po?

  2. It will be added to total score. You have to clear the cutoff out of 200 only after which your descriptive will be evaluated. You will have to clear the descriptive cutoff as well and it will be added with your score out of 200.So out of total 225 you have to clear another cutoff to get shortlisted for interview as was done in SBI !
