Venue : Bank of boroda, Regional Office,Bhubaneswar

Time : 1:30 PM

But i was 12th out of 22 so mine interview was around 4:30.....was waiting for gd...nd was too nervous for gd as it was my 1st gd......

Now they devided the candidates into 2 groups consisting of 12 students...3 students were absent in my group...And we were called for gd...my topic was online shopping v/s offline shopping...

I wanted to start but somebody else started...and i was 5th to speak....my gd was okay.....then comes the pi....main scene...

I entered the room and greeted them good morning.....by mistake...the c.m sir told is it morning den i told good afternoon as it stuck my mind that my interview was at 1:30pm...bt that time in clock it was 4:30pm...they all laughed at me...and the chairman sir told me chahe good mng ho ya afternoon ho ya night everything is good....i came near them and they asked me to sit.....

Q:Well Pragyan....u have done btech.....den suddenly another sir told...see immediately after btech she got lectureship job and looked impressed...then asked me why you left dat job?

Ans-Told all the reasons....like as it was a pvt collg no job security....etc...

Q:Why did you choose banking?U can go for ias os and ssc they are much better dan banks....

Ans-Told them...like transparency in banking exams... and my inclination towards banking line...

Q:Okk suppose u get selected and we will give u posting in kerala den?will u join?

Ans:Yes sir definitely....I like kerala a lot...and i will love to go kerala..

Q:Why?

Ans:coz i had recently been to kerala nd attracted by its beauty nd people are also supportive....

Q:Okk bt tell me how will u do with the language part coz they dnt understand hindi...

Ans:Yes sir i knw...bt they are very good in eng....even a cab driver is fluent in eng....

Q:Okk den in gujrat?Dey neither understand eng nor hindi....

Ans:Yes sir i will join,I knw it will be difficult for me ....for some days...bt gradually i will learn gujrati....i m a quick learner....

Q:laughed and said...mdm bolna easy hota hai par karna utna hi mushkil..

Ans:I agreed and told will try my best coz nthing in this world is easy...

Q:Okk tell me if u are given an option to choose between cheque passing, granting loan, and npa recovery....what will u choose....

Ans:Npa recovery....sir

Q:Why?

Ans:coz banks are suffuring from npa its increasing day by day.....and for the growth of bank we have to check it....otherwise sirf loan dene ya cheque pass krne se bank ka growth nhi hoga...

Q:Well tell me....how will u recover the npa?

Ans:Sir I will 1st try to knw the reason of npa’s....suppose some body has taken the loan and ......disrupted by another sir...he immediately asked me

Q:All are wilful defaulters.....they should be punished strongly...Rite or not?

Ans:No sir there are some people....who are very poor and are unable to pay the loan due to their financial burden.....Cm sir said...i agree to u.....

Q:Finally maam asked...well if they are wilful den what will you do?

Ans:I will take stringent action against them....

Chairman sir told good...unko danda leke pitna padega.....All laughed....

That’s all for me...10-15 mins...all were very cordial....Overall i m okay with my performance.....fingers crossed....hope for final selection...
