Circus And Bread Section
  • Disfigure (Verb) – To spoil the appearance of something or someone especially their face, completely. बिगाड़ना, कुरूप करना.
  • Arbitrary (Adjective) – Based on chance rather than being planned or based on reason. विवेकाधीन, एकपक्षीय, मनमाना.
  • Intervention (Noun) – The act or fact of becoming involved intentionally in a difficult situation. मध्यवर्तन, व्यवधान, आड़, बीच-बचाव.
  • Corrode (Verb) – Cause to deteriorate due to action of water, air, or an acid. खुरच जाना, क्षय करना.
  • Astonish (Verb) – To surprise someone very much. चौकना, आश्चर्य होना.
  • Emblematic (Adjective) – Representing a particular person, group or idea. प्रतीकात्मक, चिन्ह स्वरुप, द्योतक.
  • Scarce (Adjective) – Not easy to find or get. दुर्लभ,  निराला.
  • Harbinger (Noun) – A person or thing that shows that something is going to happen soon, especially something bad. सूचक, अग्रदूत, अग्रगामी.
  • Disarray (Noun – The state of being confused and having no organization or of being untidy. हंगामा, गड़बड़, अव्यवस्था.
  • Uproar (Noun) – A situation in which a lot of people complain about something angrily or making a lot of noise. शोरगुल, उपद्रव, दंगा.
  • Catastrophe (Noun) – A bad situation, a sudden event that cause very great trouble or destruction. आपत्ति, विनाश, बरबादी.
  • Repertoire (Noun) – All the music or plays, etc. that you can do or perform or that you know. प्रदर्शनों की सूचि, खजाना.
  • Evade (Verb) – To avoid or escape from someone or something. टलना, बचना.
  • Moribund (Adjective) – Organization or business which is not active or successful. अन्त के करीब.
  • Perverse (Adjective) – Strange and not what most people would expect or enjoy. प्रतिकूल, विकृत, हठी.
  • Stave off (Phrase) – To stop something bad from happening or to keep an unwanted situation or person away, usually temporarily. रोक देना, किसी बुरी चीज़ को स्वयं से दूर रखना.
  • Instigator (Noun) – A person who causes something to happen, especially something bad. बहकानेवाला, उकसाने वाला.
  • Nudge (Verb) – A slight push or shake. टहोका मारना, तक जाना, कुहनी से छुना.
  • Autonomy (Noun) – The right of an organization, country, or religion to be independent and govern itself. स्वराज्य, स्वायत्तता.
  • Alleviate (Verb) – To make something bad such as pain or problems less severe. घटना, कम करना, धीमा करना.
  • Abdicate (Verb) – Stop having or doing something. त्यागना, छोड़ देना.
  • Overreach (Verb) – To fail by trying to achieving, spend or do more than you can manage. अधिक महत्वाकांक्षी होने के कारन असफल होना. ठगना.
  • Inevitably (Adverb) – In a way that cannot be avoided. अवश्यभावी, निस्संदेह.
  • Jurisprudence (Noun) – The study of law and the principals on which the law is based. न्यायशास्त्र, विधिशास्त्र.
  • Exasperation (Noun) – The feeling of being annoyed, especially because you can do nothing to solve a problem. गुस्सा, क्रोध, रोष.
  • Externality (Noun) – The quality or state of being outside or directed toward or relating to the outside or exterior. आकर, बाहरिपन, बाह्यता.
  • Adage (Noun) – A wise saying. उक्ति, कहावत.
  • Assuage (Verb) – To make unpleasant feelings less strong. शांत करना, कम करना.
  • Render (Verb) – To cause someone or something to be in a particular state. बनाना, प्रस्तुत करना, सौंपना.
  • Deference (Noun) – Respect and politeness. आदर, सन्मान, श्रद्धा.
  • Plumage (Noun) – A bird’s covering of feathers. पंख, साहुल.

  • Bicameral (Adjective) – Composed of two legislative bodies consisting two chambers. द्विसदन.
  • Hasty (Adjective) – Hurrying and dong things quickly. आतुर, उतावला, फुर्तीला.
  • Monarch (Noun) – A king or queen. राजा, रानी, सम्राट.
  • Forbid (Verb) – Command against. निषेध करना, रोकना.
  • Corollary (Noun) – Something that results from something else. अनुमान, परिणाम.
  • Pertain (Verb) – Be relevant to. से सम्बन्ध रखना, सरोकार रखना.
  • Enumerate (Verb) – To name tings separately, one by one. गिनना.
  • Indisputable (Adjective) – True and impossible to doubt. निर्विवाद रूप से.
  • Apparent (Adjective) – Able to see or understand. प्रतीत, साफ़, स्पष्ट.

  • Staggering (Adjective) – Very shocking and surprising. चौंका देने वाला.
  • Sceptical (Adjective) – Doubting that something is true or useful. अविश्वासी, संशयी.
  • Brow (Noun) – The forehead or peak of mountain. कपाल, मस्तक, शिखर.

  • Diminution (Noun) – Reduction in size and importance. कमी, घटती.

  • Treble (Verb) – To increase three times in size or amount or to make something do this. तिगुना करना, तिगुना बढ़ना.

  • Embroil (Verb) – To cause someone to become involved in an argument or a difficult situation. उलझाना.
  • Edgy (Adjective) – Nervous or worried. चिडचिडा, तनावग्रस्त.
  • Suffice (Verb) – To be enough. पर्यात्पना, पूरा करना, काफी होना.
