Hi Bank Aspirants,

“I am Saurabh Kumar from Bihar. I completed my B.TECH. in ECE in May 2012 from UPTU with no placements. So i started working as a sales executive for Airtel in Delhi from May '12 to Nov '12 for my pocket expenses. Here my fate recalls again and i got a sales engineer job in Bangalore at a meagre salary of rs10000/- . I worked there from nov. 2012 to january 2014. In jan 2014 i decided to quit my job and to start searching for another good one in Delhi.

From feb. 2014 to next 3-4 months i knocked each n every company door for an interview but couldn’t get through. It was after this that I finally decided to start preparing for the banking exams and also in Bihar if you are even a peon of a govt. organization you have more value n respect from those who are in private sector even on plum post. My Bihari blood always ignited me to join govt. organisation.

And it all started in the june 2014, i bought a book of R S Aggarwal Quant & Reasoning & sat with the books at home. In a period of two months, I had learned all the basics and the structure of the exam.

I am good at Maths but my weakness is G.A. and in order to improve my G.A. I started visiting Gr8ambitionz site & is a silent follower till today. Gr8ambitionz site is brilliant to provide all kind of study material related to banking preparation, their contents are impecabble, & cant be find anywhere. your GA awareness guides are excellent. one can easily score 70-80% of there GA part if they simply follow Gr8ambitionz site, they are richer in content)

IBPS Clerk 2014-15 was not my first exam that I cleared in the first attempt. I had appeared and prepared extremely hard for SBI Clerk 2014-15 but I missed out by only for 2 marks. I then took up IBPS PO and this time with all my efforts and dedication brought success to me.

After this i cleared all exams which i appeared for in my first attempt -

This is my road map to success -

1. SBI PO 2014-15 - not given
2. SBI CLERK 2014-15 - Missed out BY 2 MARKS
3. IBPS PO 2014-15 - Got BOI (qsn. attempted 102/200)
4. IBPS CLERK 2014-15 - Got BOB (qsn. attempted 160/200)
5. SBI ASSO PO. 2014-15 - GOT SBM in 2nd list (qsn. attempted 165/200) ( roll no. - 2520733180)
6. SBI ASSO CLERK - Got selected but interview not attended (qsn. attempted 193/200)
7. SSC LDC 2014 Qualified
8. New India Assurance - Currently working (from may 2015 onwards) as Administrative Officer posted in Mumbai. (Roll no. - 3795092746)

My advice to the future bankers is to analyze yourself first and learn to relax. Get to know your weakness and work on it to improve it. You don’t have to study hard, you need to study smart. And finally, believe in yourself and have faith in God because he is always with us.

Tips (faltu ke tips from my side too) ;)

!) kuchh nhi yaar bas pdhai karo sirf pdhai karo or dil laga ke karo...or haa pdhai ke liye time bhi nikala karo. (study like a hell)
