IBPS PO V Mains Preparation Strategy & Approach

Hi friends my name is Aakash  Arora, one of the great aspirant of Gr8ambitionz. Right now i am in State Bank of India, Probationery Officer. As the IBPS PO Mains exam in coming near, I want to share my experience and strategy with all of the banking aspirants.

Friends According to me you have to start with GK Section. As it is less time consuming and u can score more in less time in this section.The Topics covers GK Are:

1. Last 6 month current affairs
2. All Govt. Sponsored  Scheme like Atal Pension Yojana,PMJDY
3. Important Days.
4. Important Headquarters
5. Currency and Capital
6. Banks Headquater and Taglines
   
7. List of Bird Sanctuary and National Parks of india
8. Dams in India
9. Sports and their Cups like Uber cup :Badminton
10. Arjund Awards 2015
11. Nobles Prize
12. Important points about RBI and Acts ,
13. Latest RBI rate like Repo rate.
14. Indian dance and international border lines

For GK i think 8-10 minute is more than enough.

After that You can  go for Computer Section. For that there is a good book.

For computer I think 5-6 min is enough.

Next go for English. According to me start this section with Cloze test as it will take 5 to 6 min to complete it. After you can go for Error finding, Fill in the blanks. Don't do Jumble sentence if you are not sure about it .In Unseen Passage You can do antonym Synonym.

For English 25 min is enough.

After that You can go for Math. Do question in which you are sure. Don't waste time on anyone ques.I think series,quardatic equation,Simplification ,DI Is enough to clear this section.

For Math 40 min is more than enough.

For math Quantative Aptitude By M tyra is good books for Shortcut.

Finally comes to Reasoning Section. I think Syllogism,Input Output,Coding Decoding,Direction Test,Data Inequality, Blood Relation is enough. Don't Go for puzzle if you have not practiced well.

• GK :        10 min
• Computer :   5 min
• English :   25 min
• Math :       45 min
• Reasoning :  35min
