Qualification : M.Sc - IT.

Venue : IOB Regional Office, Madurai

Panel : I

I reached the venue by 08.00 am.

The officials called us for Certificate Verification @ 08.30 am.

My turn was 15th.

After verification of certificates, I entered the interview panel @ 11.50 am.

The panel consist of 5 members - 4 Male & 1 Female Officers.

I wished them. They offered me seat.

Following are the questions I faced...

1. Intro Yourself.

2. My name meaning.

3. Special features of my living place.

4. Which bank controls all banks in India? How? - Ans: RBI by Repo, Reverse Repo, CRR, SLR.

5. Why RBI acts as Central Bank? - Ans: To control Money floating, Inflation etc.

6. What is the opposite of Inflation? - Ans: Deflation.

7. What is the status if not both?- Ans: Stagflation.

8. Is there guarantee for the deposit u make in bank? Ans: Yes, Upto 1 Lakh.

9. What is Joint A/c? Its limit?

10. Headquarters of City Union Bank? (Bcoz i have my A/c there).

11. Who is Kiran Bedi? Her Specials? What is she now?

12. Which country started World War I?

13. Which continent is it belongs to?

14. If placed in banking, How can u improve the industry by new software applications?

15. Diff between Repo & Reverse Repo?

16. Your Strength & Weakness?

Other than these, they asked about my family members, my hobbies, etc..

I was not asked any current affair. Bt I never expect Questions from History...

But Dont Worry friends.... The panel members were very friendly.... When I paused to recollect my answer, they helped me to continue.

Either the result is Gud or Bad, I satisfied with my inerview....
