Hi I am Dibyendu Roy. I had my IBPS PO IV Interview today at United Bank of India Kolkata (South) RO. Here I want to share my Interview Experience.

There was 5 Member on the Panel, 4 Man and 1 Lady

My turn come on 12:10 PM, I enter the room wishing them Good Afternoon.
they told me to take seat..

M1) Oh you are From Dalkhola(My Home Town)
Me : Yes Sir

M1) When U Come
Me: Yesterday

M1) By Bus or Train
Me: Sir By Train

M1) Where is Dalkhola ?
Me: In North Dinajpur, 45 Km From Raiganj

M1) How much distance from Siliguri ?
Me : Near about 130 Km

M1) Dalkhola Have Railway Station ?
Me : Yes Sir

M1) Form Which Train U came ?
Me : Sir Kanchankanya Ex

M1) Every train stop There ?
Me: Mos of Trains

Game Starts Now

M1) U have worked on UBGB right so why not U try on RRB's
Me : Ans

M1) Tell the Functions of RBI
Me: Ans

M1) What is Monitory
Me : Ans

M1) What is NPA
Me : Ans.. ( But there is a mistake, I have told, AS PER PRUDENTIAL NORM... then...) M1 stop me and ask me What is - PRUDENTIAL NORM ?
Me : Told about Narsimha Committee..

M1) Now NPA
Me : Ans

M1) REPO Rate is Down 25 BPS, what is the benefit for Consumer ?
Me : Told

Then M1 transferred to M2

M2) Who is CR7
Me : Sorry sir I Don't know..

M2) What is The capital of France..
Me : Sir I have forgot

M1) Which type of Loans Provided by You RRB
Me : Sir, KCC, SCC, GCC, ACC, JLG.. Etc.
