  16. 7th question answer
    Length of the hall=10mtrs,
    Breadth of the hall=8mtrs
Width of carpenting is to be 0.5mtrs around the hall
i.e., 0.5+0.5 for two sides of room
Then carpet length and breadth of carpet is to be 10-1,8-1 respectively.
Then the area of carpet is 9*7=63.

    Carpet cost is ₹20/-Per 0.25mtr
    i.e ₹80/-Per mtr.

Then the total cost for carpet is
    63*80=5040
