Friends, in this post we shall discuss about the recent working groups and committees appointed by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). This list is very important for upcoming IBPS and RBI Banking Exams. Before going into details, lets have a look at the basic details of these committees. A Committee is nothing but a group of people which is appointed or elected by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to  perform a function, such as investigating, considering, reporting, or acting on a specific matter. Usually RBI sets up committees before going to introduce any new plan / to check how the present plans are working. These committees will be headed by senior RBI officials and in most of the times we refer these committees with the name of these heads (like Narasimhan Committee, V. K. Sharma Committee, Ramachandran Committee etc). Now lets have a look at the detailed list of committees along with the year they set up and their primary focused area.
